Why do we have to love someone, marry someone, be mother/father of someone, be a friend of someone. If someone who does not have or enjoy these relationships, can't he enjoy life of SOLITUDE?

Because society frowns on it. Society's rules demand that you socialize with other humans. Hermitry , even the mere contemplation of hermitry is deemed as aberrant behavior.

Is that a correct presumption or belief? I do not know.
Take a retreat, or a sabaticcal. Take a solo vacation. That would help.

It depends on the person.
Yes, if the person likes solitude or finds that they don't need someone to live their life with then yes, you don't need to have a second person.
But most people need to the joy&comfort of having another to share their problems or thoughts, etc..
Depends on who you are and what you want.
