Try spelling the poor little mite's name correctly and you might get somewhere. Surely that's the least you can do for a dead child.

The little girls name was 'Climbie' i believe, a very awful case of negligence. You'll be able to find out about Victoria, when looking up stuff to do with Social Work. How sick that her own relatives did what they did, many families have problems similar. Plenty of emotional abuse goes on in most families, from what I know!
