There are even features on Discovery Channel and NGC how advanced Chinese and Indian civilizations were, especially in sciences, medicine and arts. They were even large, powerful and almost unthreatened empires. But Europe was very fragmented and these smaller kingdoms constantly made war with each other. Somehow, they caught up and conquered Asia instead.

The question is fairly self-explanatory although before you start to answer this a) Press the back button if youre one of those anti-marijuana people, i have smoked marijuana for years and contrary to belief marijuana does not make a person stupid or incompetent.
b) i have been weightlifting for the past two years every night,
smoking in between completion of a set.
c) im insulin dependant diabetic with a very fast metabolism so it is incredibly difficult to gain weight even if eating a ton of food (which i usually do anyway), i only weigh 76Kg but it fluctuates 5Kg both ways in very short ammounts of time too.
d) i love working out and i love good marijuana too so why not compliment the two?
e) I am always high when i lift, otherwise i cant bring myself to touch a weight. i would like to change this so i could lift weights anytime. what i really want to know is how could i get motivated?

I spent most of my young life being bullied at school. Because of this I think it has left me with low self-esteem. Most of my childhood years was wasted because I was bullied at school. Whenever I was not at school I was so terrified of going out because I thought if people were like this at school then everyone else had to be the same. So I spent my time shut in my room not talking to anyone. I was like this until my early 20’ and I have now finally learnt that things aren’t like what they used to be like at school but I am finding it very hard to accept this. What can I do to accept that not everyone is horrible and how can I get rid of my low self-esteem and be more confident?

Have you guys seen that show that said something about 2100.

It was a confession. Why you the reader have to be so judgemental. I was explaining a story that may have been real. Maybe I was ashamed to say It. Its kind of wrong that when someone opens up, It's like a joke to whom ever Is reading It. This Is the "Kitchen knife tragedy" letter. Im so upset with how everyone can laugh and point out others mistakes without thinking of the others feelings. If It happened to you It would'nt be so funny. To whoever It Is that keeps claiming I am writing " Abuse/content " eat your hearts out. I thought the whole point of this website was to ask and maybe learn from people who have already experienced similar Issues. For purposes of avoiding trouble, I will claim what i am writing as a "Question" although I have to say Its sad I have to worry about telling my story and getting threatened by this site. This Is Stevie Botts, like I said the "Kitchen knife tragedy" guy. Its to bad It has to remain a secret with-in. Yes, I mis-spelled almost everything.

It's like every two-three months I get depressed, and stay that way for about two weeks. It's like a feeling where you feel like crap and where you feel that no one can help you. You know? I feel horrible. A day before Christmas my grandmother had a stroke, but we didn't know until the day after when we found out. She can't use her left side any, but she is going to a rehabilitation center, which is just making chaos. My grandpa is going off on everybody and my grandma is being mean to the nurses. I am failing school, I can't concentrate, I have no friends well atleast that is what it seems like, I still haven't found a prom date it's just torture and I don't know what to do. I'm usually not the type of person to get depressed but this past year I've been getting depressed a lot lately. I just need someone to talk too.

I have a AP US History test this Wednesday on the two chapters that we just studied. The day after that I have a review test on 8 chapers that we previously studied; I made notecards and everything so far. but it's still alot to study. My dilemma is that I need a 92 on Wednesday's and a 92 on the review test to pull off a B.

Then the week after that is the final exam that covers everything. I believe in myself and I know that I'm am capable of pulling it off, but I'm scared and a little freaked out making it hard to concentrate and study.

I let people walk all over me and give me orders. It gets hard at work when people tell me to do things that aren't my boss because I feel bad and don't want them to bust their *** (i.e. I know what it feels like) but when the time comes around when I need help I never ask, plus I never get any help. Hell, half the time I'm so shoulder-bagged with everyone else's bullshit I slow my own work down and I get insulted for being slow. When people snap at me I don't say anything I just suck all of the insults up and have to unload them at the end of the day.
It seems to me that no one else has a problem walking all over me. Inside I've become rather cynical at this point. I'm determined not to make a victim out of myself, but I don't want to be walked upon anymore.
