Their is really not a quick way to learn patience. Patience takes a long time to develop in a person. I know this because I don't have patience at all what so ever, but sometimes you just need to relax and just for get about whats going on that's making u mad or upset about the situation. They are a lot of things u can do to avoid begin inpatient u can just walk away or just forget about the problem and move on because being stress over it is not good for ur heath especially if is not serious.....
Good Luck!!!!

Ask yourself why are you so impatient?. Why do you need to rush things?, what is so important that can't wait for a spell? I laugh alot in traffic, see the guy that overtakes you doing 100 miles an hour on the motorway and you meet him at the traffic lights when you reach town! I laugh alot abserve people it won't make you think about what time you getting there. Getting something you've waited a long time for tastes sooo sweeet.
The quickest way to learn is probably observing someone else it not only takes your mind over what you're impatient about but gives you another focus.

What you need to do is slow your mind down. The deep-breathing exercises are one way. Imagery is another. Maybe do a little volunteering at a slow-paced place starting out for only an hour or two at first so you don't blow up at anybody! :) Read books that have spiritual meaning to them. Pray to whoever you believe in and ask for help to learn patience. Listen to a CD of nature sounds, flutes, drums, anything that calms you down. I even have a CD of Bedtime music for babies- nobody has to know you're buying it for you. You can use headphones. Buy some "nice" books with beautiful pictures to look at, such as: artists' paintings, animals. Light a candle or incense to let your mind concentrate on the pleasant fragrance instead of concentrating on worries. Worries can kill you. I feel bad that you aren't able to have patience. P.S. Another idea is to work at a decent pace on a craft, where you can make something that you can be proud of. Take care! You deserve to have a happy life!

patience can be learned all throughout the day and everyday. whatever the situation, when you find yourself losing it remind yourself that you are trying to learn patience. Then, think about the situation and decide if it's worth getting aggravated over (most times it won't be). it's just something you have to change your mind about. it's a decision you make, and sometimes if you practice patience long enough it becomes second nature (which is pretty nice!)

LOL!

True story......My good friend Bryan named his dog "Patience."

He tells people...I teach Patience. When I know that I need Patience, I go out on the back porch and yell and I will soon find Patience. If I have a bad day, when I come home, I know Patience is waiting for me!!!

I hope this helps!

If i could answer this question i would be a multi billionaire.

You certaintly cant learn patience with the click of a finger. It helps to be a very calm person, and understanding of others.

that's a bit funny, really. You want to learn patience RIGHT NOW? lol

Living life and having things not go your way is the only way to learn how to be patient.

Practice it whenever you get a chance. For instance, if you are in a grocery store line and it's going slowly, start a friendly conversation with a nearby fellow shopper or enjoy a few minutes flipping thru a magazine. Or if you are waiting in traffic and it's going nowhere, turn on your favorite radio station and actually enjoy it. Or get a book on tape and listen to it.

The guy who said "have a kid" is right too!
