Sometimes I feel I'm so upset or depressed.All probems and issues I don't like pop into my mind and I look blue..
What can I do for that?

Either crank up some good music or go for a walk. Just don't dwell on whatever it is.

I tend to try to let people around me know I am a little down, just to soften the blow of me being awful. I also spend a lot of time thinking things through too and trying to deal with some of the irrational thoughts that pop up. Sometimes I cry. Sometimes I think that things can't get any worse.

But things always do get better in a day or two.

I try to do something that I enjoy. I like to listen music, go to the gym or call a friend. I always try to talk to someone I know will put me in a good mood. Cheerful people are usually contagious, and they usually make me laugh and keep my mind away from whatever is bothering me. Stay away from negative people.
You might also try volunteering. Sometimes when you help others you feel good about yourself, meet other people and maybe get over whatever is bringing you down.

Well try letting all your feelings out scream into a pillow about wats bothering you. Try doing some yoga and relaxing stuff.
Do your all time favorite thing and bring some buddies with you.
If your problem gets worse you might be getting hormons. Just shake em' off look on the bright side every cloud has a silver lining!! Go to your doctor and see if u need help but only if it gets worse and bothers you.

Take your time to get over what is going on in your mind. Try doing a relaxing activity to calm your mind. I usually go and be by myself until i feel better and sometimes I talk to a friend. Having someone there to listen to you is always nice and comforting

I simply state I am upset and need time to sort things out.
You can chase them away - you can tell them to go away. Just say "Go away". You have to mean it though or it won't work. I know because I have problems and issues way up the (where the sun don't shine) I do that and it works; makes my days go along alot more smoothly.
Most important of all find something else to do.

Write in a journal or fantasy book. Write a song. Work on a song/put notation to it. Read. Sing. Listen to Music. Talk on the phone. Sleep.

get involved in activities outside of your house and perhaps it would be good too to meet some nice new people. join some clubs that sort of thing.
i usually just listen to music or go for a walk.

I go to the local store and read cards from hallmark, before i know it I'm laughing.

I take a capsule of St. John's Wort, which is a non-prescription, natural anti-depressant. I call it my good faith effort to have a good attitude.
