Hate

The complete opposite of love is the lack of it. I don't believe that hate or any other negative emotion is an actual force on its own. It's simply a hole, an empty place where love doesn't exist for some reason. (there always is a reason- it doesn't just happen naturally) This is why hate isn't only painful for those who are victims of it, but also for the hater.

“Hate” is a manifestation of non-existence which practiced by any existing being creates pain, chaos and disharmony, simply with its illogic. It can't be conquered, or fought against. It desires to be filled with positive emotions such as love and forgiveness. Easier said than done, but hey, you asked! :) And that is what I wholeheartedly believe in.

My first impulse is to say "hate" - but I think they're just two separate emotions that you can have at the same time. Sort of like happiness and sadness can occur simultaneously - you can be happy about one aspect of a situation, but sad about another.

Hate is the first thing that pops into my mind. However, God calls on us to love all people and to hate nothing and nobody; hate is an extremely negative emotion that is very hard on a person. It will posess you and destroy you.
