I am overweight, disorganized, completely lack discipline, I lose my keys all the time. I am basically a slob. I am not in denial of these awful habits and I am disgusted with myself. I need advice from people who have done a major change in their life and have stuck with it. For example went from fat to fit, from a slob to a semi- neat freak. I want to know what people have done to change their lives for the better. I am so unmotivated and very stuck in inactivity. Please any advice is welcome besides "just do it". Obviously that hasn't worked for me. Books, motivating factors etc..., whatever has worked for you please let me know. I do want to change this.
