analyze the fear first. Is it rational or irrational? And analyze Fear as it is in psychology... Fear broken down into this statement Fantasized Experinces Appearing Real. Now rethink again why you are afraid. I'm truly afraid of hieghts cause i feel I will fall. I have never Fallen though so I should not be afriad so to get over that kind of fear I did climb a ladder and faced my fear. Head on prove that your fear isnt real. Most people don't do that and let the fear rule thier life and they will miss out on alot of fun stuff in live. There are genuine Phobias too but I guess thats a different subject. I know I got winded I say head on and realize the fear isn't real!

First, taking a few deep breaths, and consciously relaxing and
learning to slow down the breathing rate, and only focussing on
the breathing rhythm when fear strikes. Breathing rate increases
sharply during panic attacks. As the lungs over-exert, the
oxygen-intake is compromised soon enough to deplete the
energy levels in the body. Some meditation exercises focus
only on sloowing down the breathing rate, and might be very
useful in overcoming fear.

nicely....i don't think of love is going to paintings with a terror of spiders. lol i could say that concern would be triumph over by way of awareness, and reason. i used to be afraid of the dark as a toddler. the known, demons, ghosts, spirits, boogieman type stuff. it may shop me up purely approximately each and every night as I had an overactive mind's eye. Then as i began out to grow previous, I regarded into the undertaking, and located that it replaced into all in my head. there is not any such factor as any of those, and the sole factor that asserts they're actual are myths, and folklore. I even have been given myself to have faith the bible replaced into/is a lie. there is not any one "staring at me", my lifeless ancestors do not stay around me. demons do not lurk the earth, and the devil somewhat isn't that undesirable of guy. the biggest fact i got here upon is that no person has ever proved that any of those issues exist. So, i assume intelligence conquers concern. once I had tossed out my concern of the dark, I got here to incorporate it. Now I spend maximum of my day interior the lifeless of night. :)

By being rational. Ask yourself why you are fearful, of whom or of what? Tackle your problem in a logical way, but step by step. Once you have analysed from where it is coming from and why you are fearful, then you have a starting point.
Maybe you will have to analyse your problem from many different angles and viewpoints, but this will definitely help!

good luck

Be optimistic on the things might happen. Pray to the Lord and sing a song that make you jolly and inspired. Don't be a pessimist, discipline yourself on the things you want to happened and the things that you don't like. It's only in the mind. Remember that our mind is so powerful, take an advantage on your possitive side and not the negative side.

Run into it, if it doesn't go away learn to live with it because anything is better than being paralysed in it and at least if you are doing something to try and get rid of it you have the distraction and satisfaction of trying rather than feeling a victim to it.
