For example, PeTa (people for the ethical treatment of animals) has teamed up with Playboy to promote things like meatless hotdogs, not wearing fur etc. They put out advertisments using playboy models promoting thier message. What do you think of this, and what do you think of sex in the media generally?

Why do balding men, who have lost their hairline, decide to grow their hair long at the back and wear ponytails? Do they think it looks good? Is it a final attempt to enhance their ego? Why? Why? Why?

Wouldn't this work better if we establish a non-profit to accomplish this? Circumventing the government sounds much better and we'd have a better chance of steering funds to the people that need it the most.

My ex friend, and brother's ex girlfriend won't leave my family or myself alone. I've tried the conventional ways (cops, flat out telling her etc) and nothing so far has been successful. So i appeal to you, psychology fans for hopefully some intellegent advise. thanks.

My mom is one of the most beautiful women in the world.Everyone i know, my grandmom(dads mom), my aunts and all our neighbours are jealous of her.And im not half as beautiful as my mom, so they get some kinda vicious pleasure out of pointing out to me that im not as beautiful as her.Im fine with it, infact im proud to have such a beautiful mother. But, why do ppl have to take out their jealousies on me ?I never did anything to them, neither did my mom.

Let's give homosexuals the benefit of the doubt and say for the moment that homosexuality truly IS genetic, and not deriving from confusion of gender roles or alternative upbringing as is commonly believed by most straights. As a sexual species, mutation is the key to our evolution, but sometimes people are born with mutations that would-be sexual mates try to veer away from to pass on to their offspring (naturally missing appendages, weak skeletal structure, etc.). No one can really say what homosexuality is doing to human SOCIETY (and I'm not trying to make any claim), but let's be honest with ourselves, it must be recognized that homosexuality is hurting the human SPECIES. An unwanted genetic trait that prohibits an individual to pass on his genes to the next generation could be ANYTHING and is rare and varied, but why is a gene as destructive as sexual attraction to the same sex as rampant as it is?

Don't get me wrong. I love my life, but it can't always be fun and enjoyable. There are things that everyone has to do in order maintain their lives as stable. You have to do what you have to do to get what you want. When I am in that "have to" stage in my day, I tend to go through it with a stoic, calculation and efficiency of a robot, I guess. It doesn't cause me distress, but it is hard to ignore compared to how I am when I am enjoying the fruits of my labor; loose, spontaneous, easy going and doing what I like. Does anyone else out there have this sense of duality?
