I have always wondered if you can walk into the forest and run up on a wild cow. If not today, could you ever do this in the past? They had to come from somewhere, right? I've also wondered this about fruits and vegetables. Like, can you go into the woods and find wild squash, or wild cabbage, or a wild orange tree?

My daughter Ashley asked me this question and I had no answer for her. I've heard of wild pigs and horses but I've never heard of wild cows. Where did they originate from. I've asked many people and no one seems to know.

I live in CA, and I saw a sort of whitish & clear spider in my room. It had long skinny white & clear legs with sort of a brown-ish body. I'm scared to death of spiders!! So I'm just wondering if this is poisonous or something.... I've never seen anything like this in my life! Help please! lol I'm really really afraid of spiders....I'm scared I won't get any good sleep. :(

I see a lot of it on the east coast. I think it feeds on either fabric or wood because I always see them on this material.

They look like a worm because it's long but it really has legs and 2 pointy things at its tail. They can run really fast for something its size. I don't know how many legs it has. I think they are fairly common in the area.

I have been finding them on my bed lately before I go to sleep and it has been freaking me out. Are they poisonous? Will they feed on me?

My girlfriend is doing an animal management course and is doing a dissertation but she's struggling for ideas. She needs to do a basic test (nothing sinister or that would inflict pain!) and then complete a dissertation on it! Any ideas?
