I'm looking for a job doing something related to herpitology in south eastern MA (not cape cod). I'm only 15 and ofcourse have no degree or anything in herpetology but i'm contantly writing about snakes and i have logs where i write what snakes i catch, describe them, their location, and weather and other stuff. i also study turtles and frogs sometimes. is there a chance that i can get a job (even if its lowest wages) in south eastern MA?

I was in a dark parking lot with trees and bushes (around its back side) at about 1 in the morning. I was heading to walk through the bushes and I hear this bird call extremely loudly and it sort of scared me because I dont remember hearing birds during the night.

All those shows on like discovery channel say that when an elk or something gets snatched by like a lion when its being eaten alive, that its brain releases chemicals so the animal doesnt experience the agony of being eaten at alive. Is that true?

I was thinking about panthers one day, and I got confused and called it a puma. Then, I really started to wonder what the difference was.... I mean there has to be some difference because they have different names...so tell me What is the real difference between a puma and a panther?

Why do Geese, and Deer find the grass by the curbs of major highways so irresistably delicious.
This goes for Gophers, skunks, etc.

It is so scrumptious that they even teach the newborn babies to eat as close to the road as possible.
I am so serious about this, and would love an answer.
I am an animal lover, and I know I will get sarcastic answers, and thats okay, but if anyone knows the real answer please tell me.
