I'm not sure exactly how they do it but they are mammals and breath air just like we do so they can stay outside water for a while but u got to make sure that their skin stays moist. It's a shame that they take them out of their natural environment though, they are such majestic creatures, and great hunters too!!!!! I'm so amazed at how great and perfect God designs animals I mean Orca's skin color makes it very sneaky, the fact that they are white on their belly makes them very well camouflaged because, when u look at them from the bottom, their white underbelly matches the light coming from the surface so its dificult to see them. The fact that they are black on the top means that if you are looking down in the water, they blend in with the shadows making them practically invisible!

They use planes and trucks and place them into a sling and either have them partially submerged in water and or have water running on them. They can 'survive' outside water fine but due to their weight, at some point the weight of their bodies tends to have a bad affect on their organs. Also, if they are not hosed off regularly it will damage their skin. There isn't a time cut off but the longer they are out of the water, the more stress the animal is caused. Often the arrive at their new location only to die a week or two later due to stress issues relating to the transport and a new location.

They use these big trucks lined with plastic to move them and cranes with big hammock like things to get them into tanks. Since killer whales breathe air that's not a problem. However, a crew has to ride along and keep pouring water over the whale's skin to keep it hydrated. They have to do the move as quickly as possible so the whale does not dry out and does not stress out from the ride or its own weight..

Since whales are mammals that breathe air, they can live quite a while out of the water. They are transported by air and by truck. Their skin needs to be kept moist but they do not have to be submerged in water all the time.

They shoot the Killer Whale with a gun that makes then go to sleep then they put a net around the animal hook it up to the boat and take off to where ever then when they get there they have this pool that you take the Whale in and they move the Whale with a helocopter and slowley put it in the pool then take the pool put it in where ever.

They transport them in a sling inside a big truck. People have to throw buckets of water on the poor animal to keep it from drying out.
