You can not own a Beluga Whale. Under the Marine Mammal Protection Act. It is illegal to do so unless you are a accredited zoological/marine facility. And the are no longer harvested from the wild. Only captive bred or rescued individuals are kept in these facilities.

You would have to own a zoo first and have some paper work too. Then go to a zoo make a deal with them and show them your paper work too so they know that you have a zoo and do not torture animals. Then they ship the animal to your zoo.

i strongly disagree with purchasing wild and endangered animals, unless you know everything about them and that it's for the species' future good. these animals are particularly fragile and need specific living conditions which i doubt anyone could recreate at home. these beautiful animals face extinction for a reason...
