No. Cant get rabies nor be a reservoir. It is a virus of mammals only.

No, they are cold blooded. Plus, in order for that to happen they would have to come in contact with the bodily fluids of another living thing that had it. You really dont see that many rabid animals diving into lakes to bite fish. LOL!!
