Do elephants eat watermelon in the wild as well?

Are there any other animals that eat watermelons

No they do not, since they do not grow where they live.

The only way a wild animal can eat a watermelon is if the melon grows where they live or they have access to the via farms.

I'm sorry but Coyote's answer was wrong. There are melons in Africa, and Elephants love eating them. The Kung! Bushmen of the Kalahari Desert get their water from melons, and root veggies durring the drought seasons also.
