I'm hoping an entomologist may know why flies are so persitent and determined - despite being constantly chased away - to rest on humans. What's the attraction and what are they doing once they sit on you?

I'm working on a big cat/wild cat theme. I had no trouble picking a leopard to represent stregth, a lion for team work, a tiger for individuality, cheetah for speed... but i'm stuck on endurance. anyone out there have an idea for a cat known got its endurance?

If they normally breed in winter, give birth in spring, and raise young through the summer in the Northern Hemisphere, do they freak out if they are taken suddenly to the Southern Hemisphere?

I know you might have been asked this before, but I would like you to please state your animal, why you like it, and then in the sources area, please provide one or more sites about that animal. Sorry, if this is too much, but you dont have to do it!
ie. Puma, because I like the body shape, the freedom of it, and its quickness.

My poor ol dog "Lucky" was sadly killed by a car. Ok it was deaf and should'nt of been on the road because of its bad eyesight. Question is,, im not very rich.. im in fact poor, and have tried to stuff him for old times sake.. I got rid of most of his insides with the hoover. I started to stuff him with old newspapers up his back passage. His rear is really big and the front of him is , well, sort of skinny.. He just does'nt look the same dog as I remember him.
Do any of you know where im going wrong, can you give me any advice, or do you think i should put him in the bin and wait till the dirt cart takes him. Should i put him in the normal bin or the recycle one.. ????

Please help as hes started to smell
