My favorite is the wolf, because its family style is a close-nit pack in which each wolf has a role that is perfect for him or her and they also represent freedom, one of the last few wild things in our world.

I like Wombats. They live in the Australian Outback in small caves called "Burrows" They are about the size of a small FAT pig, THey have short legs, are covered in brown hair and make a snorting noise. They eat, roots, shoots, leaves and any fruit or vegetables that You put out for them. Most wombats are friendly.

it's not original, but my favorite animal is the dolphin.
i love their shape, their own variety of wilderness, the fact that they are extremely intelligent and I believe, the only other animal capable of language. they know how to have fun and they have enough "humanity" in them to help other creatures, including humans, willingly.
