If they normally breed in winter, give birth in spring, and raise young through the summer in the Northern Hemisphere, do they freak out if they are taken suddenly to the Southern Hemisphere?

In the first year that they move it may set them off a little, but why wouldn't they adjust to the seasons in the hemisphere they moved to.

The southern hemisphere would not make any difference unless you are abruptly changing the season. Any animal will react to sudden relocation even if it's summer to summer or winter to winter. The question is good but vague in regard to the details. Are the animals wild or are you talking about moving your own animals?

kind of like if you flew to australia from the usa,
it takes a while to adjust, some animals may be years to adjust thier cycle
