a sloth because its so slow.

Like everyone else, I'd say the sloth. I've had the opportunity to work with 2 toed sloths and I love them, they are so mellow and laid back... Nothing phases them. I saw one tip its water bowl over onto its face and it even reacted in slow motion! It was hilarious.

The sponge would be a leading contender. Sponges are filter feeders with no muscles, nerves or internal organs. Until the 1700's people thought that they were plants.
