I've heard Dog's and Wolves sense they hunt in packs. But is it true that nothing could survive an attack from a pack of dogs or wolves? Or what about a pride of lions?

It seems to me that the electric eel has no predators in the amazon. A jaguar, caiman, or anaconda wouldn't dare attack it! The coils of an anaconda are useless against this highly charged shocker! But is there anything that can attack and kill and electric eel?

I saw a video clip of a Tiger that had escpaed out of the coils of a python and wouned the snake very badly. The Tiger escaped because the snake could not get all of it's coils around the tiger. To me, it appeared that the tiger had more strength than the snake had anticipated! But lets say the Amur (siberian) Tiger which is the king of all cats, against the Anaconda the king of all snakes! who would win that battle? I know it woulld'nt happen naturally because they do not co-exist with each other(meaning they live on separate continents). I myself like the Amur Tiger in this one because of its size, and strength. After all this tiger is capable of bringing down Russian brown bears! It is said that the Amur Tiger can grow to be over 9 ft. long and weight over a 1,000 pounds! I would guess the snake would be history!

This is a sea shell found in palk strait and gulf of mannar tropical seas situated inbetween india and sri lanka. For hindu and buddish people it is a holy and sacred sea shell. The commercial names of the shell are valampuri, dakshinavarthy conch, lakshmi conch. All sea shells are left turned (handed) but these type of shells are right turned (handed). All the hindu gods and goddesses will have this shell in one of their hands.

Do you know that insects already practice agriculture, growing their own food and medicine, and form formidable invasive armies that stretch for miles underground?

I have made a tentative ID as a modern Southdown.

These sheep are not on the original wild downs. They were on the
richer Adur valley (the levels), which probably has a layer of
alluvium over the chalk bedrock. Sussex, England.

Thanks for the other sheep replies earlier.

It had a black body, about 4 green stripes going from top to botom, a large white dot(lower back) with a red cross(maybe dot, it was small marking) in the middle of it and an orange dot(on it's butt) below the white one. It was a little bigger then a nickle including it's legs. I saw it on a door jam in california, the building had trees and dry grass all around it.

Sometimes caged animals pace back and forth. it is because they are caged and not free, this is a fact. I am curious...is there a name for this behavior?
