please provide info re medical effectivity of parameria barbata or parameria laevigata, scientific study/explanation on why and how it works, etc. someone previously was kind enough to refer me to a site; though the site did give info on the plant, explanation was not enough, particularly on medical study of why it is effective. prompt reply will be very much appreciated. thank you.

I have been taking about 21 Tylenol PM minimum a day for the past few years. I've noticed that it is easy for a pimple to get infected and actually turn into a boil. One time I had one on my head and I popped it. There was a good amount of blood flow, enough to cause a constant trickle. I got a towel to try and stop the bleeding, but it keep on going. I was freaking out.
Paramedics were called and they got it under control. I ended up going to the emergency room, and while I was waiting there with my sisters, my head suddenly started to spurt blood again, in front of all the others waiting. I never told the nurse or the doctor of my usage.I started taking them because my dad and also my sister's husband are the loudset snorers in the world. My room is next to both of them. Also, I worked a schedule that always changed. Sometimes, I had to work late, then arrive to work at 7am. So I would take some before eating dinner, and stay up watching TV till i was sleepy. Its now a necessity.

I would just like to inquire about a medicinal plant that is being used on wounds. The plant I was told is a vine, found in the mountains in the Philippines (this particular plant I am talking about is found in the mountains of Mindoro, but some say it can also be found elsewhere in the country). What the locals do is they soak pieces of this vine in coconut oil for about 2 weeks. The oil secretes juices from the plant which makes it more sticky, more sappy. This I was told is very effective in hastening the cure; dries the wound faster. Some say it even works on acnes. Would you have information about this plant, scientific name, effectivity, etc. Any information provided will be appreciated.

I used to take Topamax for Migraines and when I was on it, not only did it work wonderfully for my migraines, but I lost weight which has always been a struggle for me because I'm always hungry and LOVE FOOD! I am now back on the drug, taking 50 mg's strictly for weight loss. I am literally only on my second dose but wondering what is best to do, day or night? I do like to go out and drink beer so I'm not sure if I should take it before bed BUT I also have trouble sleeping at night and pretty much take a night time sleeping pill every night. Any help/input would be greatly appreciated.

My wife, Archana, is suffering from FSGS (kidney problems - cause of protein leakage in urine) and she is having Hb - 5.4, very low. she was given steroid but she developed complications due to that and also after steroids, she is constantly losing health. i request all of you to pray for her and also suggest any other alternate therapy. I have 2 kids at home and she is always worried about them as her falling health does not allows her to get out of bed and also she is depressed.

ok, so i started taking prozac about a week ago and i started getting bad headaches and feeling car sick and stuff (even when i wasn't in a car, i never got car sick in cars before either) plus i'm getting dizzy and nauseous at really weird times, like not sitting up fast or anything, just walking around or lying down. i know there are obviously going to be side effects, but are these normal ones? also my doctor said that drinking alcohol while i'm on the meds can send me into a coma or cause me to become severely suicidal, is this true? or was she just trying to scare me so i would stop drinking? (yeah i know drinking is bad or w/e, i'm stopping anyways i just want to know if she's lying to me.)
