"Human" growth hormone is only secreted by your pituitary gland so can't be purchased. Synthetic growth hormone is injectable only and can only be prescribed by a Dr. for growth hormone deficiency. Anything else that claims it is HGH just isn't.

All you need to do is take one teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water...each day. You will see results in about two months.
Steroids are quicker...but do have side effects for some people.
Try the baking soda first. You can always go to other things if you don't get good results.
