I have been taking about 21 Tylenol PM minimum a day for the past few years. I've noticed that it is easy for a pimple to get infected and actually turn into a boil. One time I had one on my head and I popped it. There was a good amount of blood flow, enough to cause a constant trickle. I got a towel to try and stop the bleeding, but it keep on going. I was freaking out.
Paramedics were called and they got it under control. I ended up going to the emergency room, and while I was waiting there with my sisters, my head suddenly started to spurt blood again, in front of all the others waiting. I never told the nurse or the doctor of my usage.I started taking them because my dad and also my sister's husband are the loudset snorers in the world. My room is next to both of them. Also, I worked a schedule that always changed. Sometimes, I had to work late, then arrive to work at 7am. So I would take some before eating dinner, and stay up watching TV till i was sleepy. Its now a necessity.

BTW, I like them cause they give you a "drunken" feeling without the barfy sickness side effects. You do gag a bit though in the beginning, just like shrooms. You also get mild hallucinations (paisley patterns on the walls) and start to hear voices (very low whispering).

I feel better getting this off my chest, hopefully I will quit some day. Its very hard, cause its a drug that, when you wake up, you feel great and rested as well. You can fall asleep for even 3 hours and it would feel as if were 8 or more.

That is way too much to take in one night and doing it daily is going to destroy your liver. To answer your Question yes it will destroy your immune system and thin you blood but it can also put you into liver failure which will kill you or they will need to do a liver transplant.

Tylenol has another medication called "Simply Sleep" which is a sleep aid but without the pain meds( that you don't need).
You might want to try that one and follow the directions.

Advice:

Obviously you are addicted to them now and it won't be easy to stop taking it, but you have a choice of stopping cold turkey or lessening them amount you take per night slowly.

Start cutting back on the amount you take until you are down to a safe # such as 3 a night, That can be done by going for a walk shortly before bed time, take a good shower/bath and reading before you take your pills.. by then you should be relaxed enough that the lower dosage will help you drift off to sleep.

Best of luck to you

First off, I want to let you know that Tylenol in that high of a dosage is very, very dangerous. You WILL wind up in liver failure if you keep this up, and I wouldn't be suprised if you already have some liver damage. Tylenol is processed in the liver, and that much Tylenol will cause damage, because the liver can't deal with that much Tylenol.

Liver failure is not fun, and it's usually fatal, unless you're lucky enough to get a transplant. I'm sure they didn't detect that in the ER because they'd have to know about your Tylenol usage and run a specific test, and it's not part of the regular screening.

Taking that much Tylenol can also mess with the clotting factors produced by your liver...your blood won't clot easily, and you could bleed to death from a small cut, if you let this progress.

Believe me, I know about unusual schedules...I'm a paramedic, and I work 24 hour shifts. But there are better ways of falling asleep without the Tylenol. There are OTC sleep aids that don't contain Tylenol, and you can talk to a doctor about obtaining prescription sleep aids that will work much more effectively.

To sum it up, here's what you need to do. You need to make an appointment with your doctor, and tell him about how much Tylenol you've been talking. He will run tests to make sure you haven't damaged your liver. Then you need to stop taking them, and find another way to get to sleep.

I'm not lying to you...if you keep this up, you will suffer a rather painful death. I hope you take my advice seriously...at least talk to a medical professional about this.

Immune Pills

Not only immune system, but whole nervous system, in long run. Now you can not stop at once also. If you do so the "Withdraw symptoms " are even more problematic to control. Best to do is reduce the dosage , little by little, it takes a month or more, do not bother about it, just go on reducing. One fine day, you do not need it. Can have sleep naturally. This my personal experience, I was addicted to " Restyl " an antidepressant. It took almost 50 days. Good luck.

The estrogen in combination pills (those containing both estrogen and progesterone) activate blood clotting in some women. The clotting is primarily in the legs, although clots may also travel to the lung. The risk is very small statistically and it is impossible to predict which women may have clotting. (It's not the same or related to menstrual clotting.) Progesterone only pills are an option to reduce risk as is reducing other controllable risk factors: excess body weight, high cholesterol, smoking, inactivity, varicose veins etc.

Obviously the tablets are thinning your blood. Don't you think 21 tabs per day is a little too many? Perhaps the snorers in your household should sort their snoring problems out.

Soon you will get liver failure and die. if you do not stop, this is a very serious problem, regonize it and seek treatment. With Love my friend....U can stop...being sober will take some time but try and ween yourself off, 12, 10,8,5,2,1,0.5 none etc. call a local Narcotics anyomous(spelling) and talk with them you will need support. Get some ear plugs and use a fan in ur room to drown out the snoring....email if u need to talk..but stop this abuse it will kill you, worse than many illegal drugs
