My eye doctor used the machine and said it was to check overall health. He said it showed a problem with chronic constipation. I told him it was a problem in the past but not now. And I didn't have the nerve to ask if it could tell if a person is on drugs.

It is a very small oval shape. The pill is white with blue specks all over it. MP273 is marked on one side. I was told that this pill is prescribed for very large people who need to loose weight. I was also told that this pill would help you loose excess water.

Is it like a sulfonylurea drug? It does cause the sugar to crash and seems to cause insulin sensitivity (maybe?), but can somebody explain how this drug works in relation to blood sugar?
