Hi i am currently in high school and will be graduating soon I have already been accepted by my college. I was wondering what is the difference between electronics engineering technology and electronics engineering. I was also wondering where can these take me and what kind of job and work place i can be looking forward to. I was also thinking about after finishing
my 3 yr program to go to college for 2 yrs to get a BA in Engineering in ether electronics or electrical engineer. I am really interested in telecommunications, wireless communication anything of that nature and building and designing circuits to do something like make a robotic bug. If any1 could help me with this it work be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

I have heard that solar activity can cause power outages. Is this due to the movement of ions inducing the power lines?

If this is the mechanism, then would it be feasable to engineer a device to harvest this energy?

I am strapped for ideas. Been thinking for two days. I havent slept yet...Basically I need some help figuring out a project. If someone can send me a link to a page that gives me any info on Hydraulic stuff. That uses air or water (I guess im repeating myself...) I mean not info but ideas on what to make. Like something that shows you the principles on Hydraulics and how to make something that will show these principles. Thx in advance all you people who have slept :p

The tones are pretty loud, and sound like a resonating tube. The pitch is mid range (like middle C +- 2 octaves). I'm pretty sure this is a sign I need to replace it, but anyone know what could cause this?
