Alot of people think that they never did, and that it was all staged in Hollywood. (Neil Armstrog 1969)
Is that true?
And why did the USA flag flutter, shoudn't it be still on the moon because of the lack of gravity? (or something like that!)

Thanks.

the information gathered by space-shuttle missions does not justify the high expenditures of the program.

is this fact..how can you verify?
is this opinion...invalid or valid?why?

If aliens are in a galaxy say 10 light years away, and they have a device like the microscope ,would they still see man in the stone age, coz the light that they get would have originated from the earth 10 light years ago?

Why don't people believe in other intelligent lifeforms? With an estimated 10^11 planets in our galaxy and 10^11 galaxies in the universe, is the probability not favoring the inhabitance of other species? Is it that people don't understand these numbers, or is it their natural ignorance? Perhaps their religious beliefs? Who says God wouldn't create life on other planets anyway? No one can. Now I'm not saying there is proof of aliens, but one cannot say there is proof that they don't exist. The fact remains that the odds are favorable. Honestly, it's the 21st century now, and I think people need to wake up, but unfortunately I think some are just too ignorant. What do you guys think on this matter?

My music teacher played it once. It was a piano composition, I think, and it was based on how the planets line up, their speeds, and other space math. It was actually very pretty :D My teacher said that it's how the solar system would sound if it were put on staves.

Does anyone have a link or an idea of what that song was? Please, I would love to find it again!

I was looking around in Google Sky (part of Google Earth), and I found a strange looking something at location -32.3087, 159.717 . I can't figure out whether it's an actual stellar object or just an error with the camera. If anyone know where I could find out what this is, I'd appreciate it. My curiosity is getting the better of me.

For a project, we need to make a "profile" on planet Saturn. I was wondering if there are any funny quotes to put in the "about me" section that would relate to Saturn. Also, I need an adjective that would describe Saturn's "mood" (Like on MySpace.) I can't think of any creative ones, but please help!!

Thanks in advance!
(Oh and some fun facts could help too!)

its so unlogic:

"in the beginning there was nothing, no universe no sun, no planets, no moons, no stars..nothing." And suddenly a Big Bang comes out of nowhere (how is that possible?)
exploding and creating the whole universe step by step ( how can a huge big bang, create a burning sun, a planet that can hold life, all this stars and planets, just like that, with one bang,) doesn't that sound unlogic and unpossible?

The whole story of December 12,2012.Well the Mayan, Hopi Indians ,the Chinese thier calenders end December 21 ,2012 . Not only that but many people have studied this . Scientists also believe 2012 is the year when the sun is going to be at its worse ever! and studies show that when the sun its at its worse you get things like the sumami of 2004 Katrina ect. I'm a Christian and I believe in God and I also know only God knows when the world will end . I find this issue very importanat because well we do actually use the calenders of the ancient peoples to predict what happens for example some natural desiasters like Katrina have been pinpointed out in these calenders. I want to know if its silly of me to believe in this or if I should be aware of this.
