I read that there is suppose to be a meteorite shower [or something similar] tonight [August 31] or early tomorrow morning [September 1]. This particular shower only happens every 2,000 years or so. Please tell me more about it, do you have links for information? Also when is a good time to look for it in the sky in central California? I really want to see it [since I probably won't be around on two thousand years]. Please answer soon and thanks.

stillness. But oh, it must be so cold! And what benefit could mankind get from this ringed planet? Does it have any precious minerals? I wonder?

This would be 50 years since it was done with the first Appolo landing. Do you think that the first landing might have been fabricated during the cold war just to pump up the moral of the American people? To take 50 years to return with all the advances in technology seems suspicious to me. What is your opinion?

I read resently that our position in the universe was not a static one and that we are excelirating away from other galaxys etc. My question is how fast are we going and does everything else in the universe travel at the same speed.
