All of it. The moon can be seen from nearly half the Earth at any one time. That means that people in Hawaii can see the moon rise at 6:15 AM, while at the same time people in Maine can see the moon still 1/4 of the way up in the western sky.

All of the U.S. can see the Moon simultaneously when the Moon is in the right place. But there of course times when it can't be seen from everyplace in the U.S. and even times when it cannot be seen from anyplace in the U.S. I am counting only the 50 states here, not territories.
