Also, if a "new" pineapple farmer wanted to start growing pineapples, where would he get suckers to plant for his first crop?

I assume from another pineapple farmer, but are there producers who specialize in selling suckers?

I am supposed to take the formation of methanol from carbon monoxide and hydrogen gas:
CO(g) + 2H2(g) => CH3OH(l)
and then I am supposed to find how much heat is released when 15.0 L of CO(g) at 358.15 K and 1.11 atm react with 18.5 L of hydrogen gas at 348.15 K and 0.90 atm? I have to express your answer in kJ. There is a (Hint: The heat released refers to the absolute energy released into the surroundings. This is a positive number when the reaction is exothermic). Any ideas on how to do this? I am so confused!

A man holding a gun ((mass of man)+(mass of gun)+(mass of bullet)=60kg)) skates on frictionless ice at an initial speed of +2 m/s and fires a 100 gram bullet with a speed of +500 m/s from the gun.

a) What is the speed of the man after firing the gun? (be sure to include +/- direction)

b) What is the initial total energy of the man-gun-bullet system (before the bullet is fired)? What is the final total energy of the man-gun-bullet system (just after the bullet is fired)?

c)is this an example of an elastic, inelastic, or perfectly inelastic collision, and why?
