We've started Circular Motion in physics but I don't understand the concept even after reading the book.please can someone explain how to do this problem?

The lazy susan has been rotating for some time in this problem at a constant angular frequency of 2 sec^-1. At this moment the position of A and B are given as: r(a)=.5 m @ 180 (degrees) and r(b)=.25 m @ 270 (degrees)
(a) At this moment what are the velocities of cans A and B?
can A ___m/s @ ___degrees
can B ___m/s @ ___degrees
(b) At this moment what are the accelerations of cans A and B?
can A ___m/s^2 @ ____degrees
can B ___m/s^2 @ ____degrees
(c) What is the period and frequency for can B?
T= ___sec
f= ___sec^-1
(d) In one second what will be the position, velocity, and acceleration of can B?
r= ___m @ ___degrees
v= ___m/s @ ___degrees
a= ___m/s^2 @ ___degrees
Also, please please show all work with all equations used
Thanks a lot for your help =

x^3 - (13x^2)/4 + x = -3

I am totally confused, I get it down to 4x^3 - 52x^2 + 4x +12 = 0 and I don't even know if that is right.

If a leaf is to maintain a temperature of 50°C (reasonable for a leaf), it must lose 250 W/m2 by transpiration (evaporative heat loss). Note that the leaf also loses heat by radiation, but we will neglect this. How much water is lost after 1 h through transpiration only? The area of the leaf is 0.006 m2.

Grams.

i thought it was 16.2 but it wasnt right

i know it's hard to draw dots and such on the computer so can anyone at least just explain how you determine where to place dots, and how you determine when something requires a double or triple bond, i haven't gotten too far into learning about lewis dots so it's just the basics i need to figure out.

this is all i know in general:

-carbon is always the central atom
-all halides are single bonded with other atoms & found on outside of central atom
-nitrogen is most likely to form a triple bond with other elements
-oxygen form a double or single bond
-all elements, except hydrogen, need to fill 8 electrons

man...you have no idea how helpful it'd be if anyone could explain any other facts to make a lewis dot diagram.

A satellite experiences a gravitiational force of 228N at an altitude of 4.0 x 10^7m above the earth. What is the mass of the satellite?

I do 228 = GMm/(4x10^7 x 6x10^6)^2 (and solving for m) and that's not the right answer.... so what should I be doing?
