From the first line, you know that 100% of your sum is 70.

To complete your table, convert the percentages into a decimal and multiply by 70. To convert percent into a decimal, divide by 100 ( "per cent" literally means "per 100")

Here are the first and last entries in your table:

10% of 70 = ( .10 ) ( 70 ) = 7

300% of 70 = ( 3.00 ) ( 70 ) = 210

Hi!
If I understand your quiestion in a right way, here are the answers:
100%=1
10%=0.1
1%=0.01
50%=0.5
17%=0.17
30%=0.3
4%=0.04
300%=3

You don`t need to repeat 9 th grade. All you do is just divide that number by 100% and you will get the answer.
All the best,
Mika
