Nope this is not a " senseless " question at all.
It could be tested by the science. But being blue and not being blue has one object and not the same at all.
I am asking about two powers here!

You've simply phrased two contradictory statements in the form of a question. It is meaningless and cannot be answered.

You may as well ask "what happens when something is blue and not blue at the same time?".

if it isn't a trick question and the first persons answer is wrong, then the power will simply crash into the unbreakable object and push it along with it.
