okay before you call me crazy or weird or whatever else you'd like to call me...just read what i put.

I think that maybe we have abilites that we don't know we have ( i mean "abilities" as in super powers such as spontaneous regeneration, bending time...etc...)

here is why i think this:

-there are already people out there that show signs of paranormal abilities...like Sylvia Brown for example, she is a real psychic. she is on Montel every wednesday helping people sort out abnormal activity.

-we are evolving and look at how far we came...i mean theoretically it is possible that this may happen.

-lizards can regrow their body parts...maybe someday we will come across this amazing ability as well.

-we use more than 10% of our brain but not all at once...imagine if we could access all of it at once (what could we be capable of?)

give this a thought before you judge me by what i believe...i'm sure there are others out there that agree with my beliefs!

400 people came to last years winter play at a high school. The ticket price was $5. This year, the Drama Club is hoping to earn enough money to take a trip to a Broadway play. They estimate that for each $0.50 increase in the price, 10 fewer people will attend their play. (determine how much the tickets should cost in order to maximize the income from this years play) x = #of $.50 price increases.

So I was watching a show, but forgot what channel and time.

It was late (after 11pm central time) and it seems like it was the history channel.

does anyone have any idea what show that was? was it "the universe"? or something else?

I understand Audio feedback is caused by a "looped signal", that is, a signal which travels in a continuous loop. Most commonly a microphone feeds a signal into a sound system, which then amplifies and outputs the signal from a speaker, which is picked up again by the microphone. All of that I get.

But my question is, what causes the loud squealing noise? Shouldn't it just amplify the sound even more?

Thanks!

A roller-coaster car comes to a near-stop at the top of a hill 40 m in height. It then goes roaring down the hill, and rebounds up a shorter hill 16 m in height. If friction's effects can be ignored, at the top of the 16-m hill its speed will be ___.

I know the answer is about 21 m/s, but I'd appreciate it if someone could explain how to arrive at that answer. Thanks.

There could be cavities with the right mixture of gas, water synthesized deep underground, and sufficient heat from plumes or just being at the optimum depth, life extracting the right minerals from certain rock types.
Could it be possible that original life might have originated from such places? Scientists do say we came from hot vents, but could we have come from deeper and migrated upwards? Is there other life deep in the crust that have been evolving longer than life on the surface?
