The odd integers are those that end in an non-even digit.

-37 is out because it is smaller than -36
-42 is out because it is even
-23 is out because it is bigger than -24

-27 is good

-21 is out because it is bigger than -24

-35 is good
-31 is good
-25 is good

{ -27, -35, -31, -25 }
or sorted:
{ -35, -31, -27, -25 }

P.S. Try asking yourself the same question without the negative signs... maybe it will make more sense.

Which of these is an odd integer between 24 and 36?
37, 42, 23, 27, 21, 35, 31, 25
