1) Find the Limit as x ->infinity of (1 + (10/x))^4x

I've gotten tot he point where it is a 1 ^ Infinity form and have used the Natural Log properties to get it to Ln y = 4x Ln(1 + (10/x))

I do not know where to go from there

2) Find the Limit as x--> Infinity of (x e^(1/x) - x)

I believe this is an Infinity - Infinity problem but don't know how to get it into a 0/0 or Infinity/Infinity form.

3) Find the Limit as x ---> positive Infinity of Sqrt(2+ (x^2)) / x

(Just incase, Sqrt = Square Root)

Any help or suggestions would be great

Thanks

I know you multiply cm by 0.01 to convert to meters but if I was finding the area of something with sides 11 cm and 11 cm and I had to have the area in meters, would I convert the cm to meter first and then multiply or would I multiply and then convert. I'm confused because it gives 2 different answers.

11 cm x 11 cm = 121 cm^2
121 cm^2 x 0.01 = 1.21 m^2

or

11 cm x .01 = .11 m
.11 m x .11 m = 0.0121 m^2

Thank you!

I'm doing homework/studying for a test right now and I think the reason I am not getting right answers is the limits I choose for triple (and some double) integration problems.

For example...one problem is: evaluate the triple integral - f(x,y,z)= x+y; T is the region between the surfaces z=2-x^2 and z=x^2 for 0<=y<=3 . The limits I put on it were: y: 3 to 0; x: sqrt(2) to 0 (my reasoning for this is from using the z=2-x^2 equation and evaluating it for z=0...is this valid?); and z: 2-x^2 to x^2 ...If these are right, then I'm making computational errors, but I get it. If these are not right, then I do not get it.

Any light you could shed on either the problem or determining the limits would be very much appreciated. By the way, the right answer to that problem is 12. Thanks.

When I stand around...even for just a few minutes, I start feeling really weak and hot - to the point of sweating - and my legs feel "heavy." If I'm in line somewhere and can't sit down, my heart starts pounding and I feel dizzy. I eventually have to lean on something or squat down because I feel like either my legs will give out or I'm so dizzy that I will pass out. And...I'm only 22 YEARS OLD! Anyone else have this problem? ps: My blood pressure has always been right on target (if that helps).
