I think this has been asked before, but...

The metric of space-time is expanding, right? So, shouldn't time be expanding along with space? If time were to expand, would we notice at all, or would it take us longer think thoughts and to perceive everything, perfectly balancing out the effect from our perspective so that we didn't notice?

In my homework, it says "Examine the diagram to the right. its nucleus contains 8 protons and 8 neutrons. Is this atom an ion? Explain." How can you tell if it is an ion or not??

Statement:
F(0)= 1 F(1)= 1 F(2) = 2 F(3) =3 .... denotes the fibonaccia numbers. Then for n > 1, (F(n)F(n+2))^1/2 is irrational.

And does a similar result hold for the number (F(n))^1/2
