Yes, Br2 can easily react to cyclohexene in CCl4 solution, to from -CHBr-CHBr- bond.
Br2 can also react with cyclohexane when both are heated up and/ or under UV light, to have some H- be replaced by -Br. But the reaction is much more difficult than to react with cyclohexene.
