Ever since I was a little girl, I have experienced empathetic or sympathy pain when someone I was close to was hurt or sick. The closer I am to the person, the more intense my reaction. When I was little, my mother would get angry with me because she thought I was looking for attention. Has anyone else experienced this phenomena?

I hate the winter so much. It snows and it's dark. It's cold and the days end too soon. You wake up and it's dark and you have no motivation.

I don't have SAD, I just really hate the winter.
I don't want to do winter sports.

Suggestions?!

The equation is I = Imax e-t/RC where (I) is the current at time (t), (Imax) is the maximum current, (R) is the resistor and (C) is the capacitor. I don't know what the letter (e) stands for but it is raised to the negative t/RC. I don't know how to solve for this kind of equation, the book didn't give any example on how to do it. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks a lot!

Recently I read an article in this connection as below:

The Consequences of Consuming Table Salt:

The result of consuming common table salt (refined) is the formation of overly acidic edema, or excess fluid in the body tissue, which is also the cause of cellulite. This is the cause of different kinds of rheumatism such as arthritis, gout, and kidney and gall bladder stones. But in the long run. it poisons the system.

When you refine salt you bring it down to just two elements, sodium and chloride out of 74 elements that are essential for the human body. Also a lot of refined salts on the market contain toxic anti- caking agents that sometimes contain aluminum in a metallic form which is not something you ever want to have in your food.

Can I have experts opinion on this please?
