Recently I read an article in this connection as below:

The Consequences of Consuming Table Salt:

The result of consuming common table salt (refined) is the formation of overly acidic edema, or excess fluid in the body tissue, which is also the cause of cellulite. This is the cause of different kinds of rheumatism such as arthritis, gout, and kidney and gall bladder stones. But in the long run. it poisons the system.

When you refine salt you bring it down to just two elements, sodium and chloride out of 74 elements that are essential for the human body. Also a lot of refined salts on the market contain toxic anti- caking agents that sometimes contain aluminum in a metallic form which is not something you ever want to have in your food.

Can I have experts opinion on this please?

Mostly nonsense. Salt affects blood pressure in about one-third of people with high blood pressure. It has no adverse effects in the other two-thirds, or in people with normal blood pressure.

Cellulite has nothing to do with this, nor do gallstones or gout. In fact, most table salt contains iodine, which many people do not get enough of, particularly if they don't live reasonably near the ocean or eat much ocean seafood.
