If electrons constantly vibrate(uncertainty principle), and since moving charges emit photons (from the virtual photons left behind), shouldn't all electrons be constantly giving "free" energy?

Would a bullet explode if you swallowed it? I'm guessing the sharp point will tear you up and kill you even if the bullet stays in one piece, but would the bullet go off? The metal would dissolve in the stomach acid, wouldn't it?

Is it really going to be safe to rebuild New Orleans? Isn't it still going to be below sea level? They have 100,000 homes built on volcanic ash by Mt. Ranier, and homes built on sand bars in North Carolina. If someone builds their house on an obvious potential hazard area - the area gets wasted several times, and then someone builds a house again there, then why sould our government keep bailing out people who choose to live in a place that isnt' safe. I realize how much these people need help. But if you camp your house by a volcano then isn't it partly your fault if your house ends up buried in ash? It's just insane... I'm not trying to be insensitive, but people need to think. right?

2. if A & B be the two distinct two real numbers satisfying the equation acosx +bsinx = c then prove that
1. sin(A + B) = 2ab
---------
a^2 + B^2

2. tan (A+ B) = 2ab
