Are the electrons in a superconducter "loose" enough to be moved by the radiation from radioactive waste? If a superconducting container were constructed to hold radioactive waste, could it generate electricity?

Hi I'm in pre-calc this year and have a test tomorrow. I don't know how to do this. Could someone explain it to me with work???
