1 meter = 1.0936 yards
1 lb = 2.2 kg

What else do you need? If you can't do simple math, spend .99 cents at K-mart and buy a cheap calculator.

just divide...
1kg=2.2lbs... so, 2.5/2.2... answer is 1.14kg...
1yard=0.91 meters... so 23/.91... answer is 25.27 yards...
