It is rotating in the xy plane about the z axis passing through its center, perpendicular to its length. The mass of each oxygen atom is 2.66 x 10^-26 kg, and at room temperature, the average separation distance between the two oxygen atoms is
2.02 x 10^-10 m (atoms treated as point masses). if the angular speed of the molecule about the z axis is 5.61 x10^12 rad/s, what is the rotational kinetic energy (answer in J)?

A player plays a gam against the bank, where she tosses two coins. The player wins if two heads, whilst the bank wins if any other combination appears.

a) Is two heads equally likley to come up as any other single number?
b) if the coints are tossed 60 times, how many times woudl you expect wo heads to come up?
c) if you bet $1 on getting two heads, what would you have to win back so that in the long term you win as much as you lose.

I didn't understand the calculations or formula for this at all, so if you could explain in elementary terms, (make it long if you have to) that would be really helpful.

I know that theoretically in a singularity all the of the sub atomic particles are extremely condense and are touching each other. I also know that a measure of temperature is molecular movement. From everything I have read, black holes have a high temperature. My question is, if the molecules are "jammed together" how can they move. Therefore if they can't move how can a blackhole be hot?

Phosphorus trichloride gas and chlorine gas react to form phosphorus pentachloride gas.
PCl3(g) + Cl2(g) PCl5(g)

A gas vessel is charged with a mixture of PCl3(g) and Cl2(g), which is allowed to equilibriate at 450 K. At equilibrium the partial pressures of the three gases are PPCl3 = 0.124 atm, PCl2 = 0.157 atm, and PPCl5 = 1.30 atm.
