Hi. I need help with figuring out how to get proper protein on a vegetarian diet.

I hear that you only get "complete" proteins from meat and soy .

I need to know some exact details if anyone knows or can direct me to a source ..?

I usually have 100grams of lentils but I need something else to add?
But what, and how much? :(

Does anyone know how much of the complete protein would be in the lentils and how I can figure out how much i'll need and what food I can get the other part from?

I don't understand it at all. :(

I want to eat properly so please don't just say eat "some beans" and "some lentils" I need to know how many grams of beans for example.

Suggest ANY vegetarian food combinations to get me complete proteins. I don't care about taste or eating the same thing all the time. I would have put this in the food section but I'd rather know the science behind it if you can. Thanks.

Is the mathematical notation of a1 and a2 correct in the following:
Can the following equation be written better to conform with Mathematical Notation?

3x + 2y = 8
3x - y = 5

3x = 8 - 2y

x = (8-2y)/3

3(8-2y)/3 - y = 5

3(8-2y) - 3y = 15

24-6y - 3y = 15

-6y - 3y = 15 - 24

-9y = -9 (a1)

y=1 (a2)

x = (8-2)/3

x = 2

I just took a picture of the sun when it wasn' really bright, when it's around 17:51. But my eyes felt uncomfortable after that, I only had a brief look at it and it was behind a few clouds and only reappeared after that. Will I become blind? Or am I becoming blind gradually?

We define a function [x] (Greatest Integer Function) as
f(x) = [x] =
{ n, n ≤ x < n + 1, n is an integer

I correctly define the antiderivative ∫[x]dx as
∫[x]dx =
{ nx - (n² + n)/2, n ≤ x < n + 1, n is an integer

Now, how can you explain the constant quantity -(n² + n)/2? Where does it come from?

^_^
thanks!^_^
...easy...

Note:

You can test the correctness of that antiderivative by picking examples.

E.g. you may want to find the area under the function from -3.5 to 4, etc. you may find the area using the geometric method and using the antiderivative, and see that they are the same...

^_^
