A lot....not only the ones from our solar system...also from other solar systems and galaxies...the artificial ones...and maybe we should count also the small stars that are satelites for bigger ones...and don't forget the melody from September-"Satelites" lol

Yup, pretty much anything that orbits is a satellite. The sun orbits, the galaxy orbits, ......
