I read that NASA is going to bomb the south pole of the moon some where in October 2008. In search for evidence of water ice left by comets that slammed into the moon billions of years ago. So, does it mean that there would be like a hole in the moon? Are they doing it out of curiosity?

All meridians(longitudes)converge at the poles.Since the difference from each meridian is one hour, does it mean all of them will converge timewise to one particular time? if so which one?

The reason I ask this is because the human brain operates by sending electrical impuses. So If the brain imagines something using many millions of electrical impulses at the same time then that must be fastert than light.
