why the sea never comes out from its boundry usually.?

due to centrefugal force ,but it keeps the bounds like a circle all around the world .

Gravity...or if you mean why doesn't it come over the land...then that is because the land is higher then the sea, hence there is not enough water in the sea to raise it above the land.
