Well in the U.S, you have the Great Lakes, Huron, Erie, Ontario, Michigan and Superior, there is Moose head in Maine, Lake Champlain in Vermont, Crystal Lake in Oregon, as or other countries, I can't really think of many but there is one in Switzerland that is very famous just can't think of the name right now. In Africa there is Lake Victoria.

Thinking globally, by far, the largest lake is the Caspian Sea, which is bordered by Russia, Iran, and Turkmenistan, among others.
