You need to talk to Zaphod Breeblebrox (the President of the Universe) and find out about the Infinite Improbablility drive in the Heart of Gold spaceship he uses to visit the restaurant at the edge of the universe.

You will never know unless you try it. But... unless you are an alien, I don't think anybody on earth can do any form of warp.
