There is a cluster of stars that I've always been interested in, ever since i was a little kid: is is just a cluster of stars but you can see it better if you don't look directly at it. Someone told me that it is another galaxy; is this true? What galaxy is it? Any additional info would also be appreciated.

Kuba says that when you do the same thing to the top and the bottom of a fraction you get an equivalent fraction. Is Kuba right, or is it possible to do the same thing to the top and the bottom of a fraction and not get an equivalent fraction? Explain.

Please help! I have a few more questions, so if someone would like to give me their e-mail or something, that would be great!

My inference: because Uranus rotates on an axis titlted 90 (degree) to the plane of the solar system.

If i am wrong, please explain.
